1. Store Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or place an order. By using this site, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have received permission from a legal guardian.

You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Product Information & Handmade Nature

All items are handmade, and most are made to order. Products that are made to order will be clearly marked as “MADE TO ORDER,” while items ready for immediate shipment will be labeled “Ready to Ship.” Standard processing time is 7–14 business days before shipping. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If any delays occur, customers will be notified promptly.

Due to the nature of leather and handmade processes:

Each piece may have slight variations in color, grain, or stitching.
Colors may appear differently on screen due to device settings.

Monogramming and personalization services are available in-store based on workshop capacity and material availability.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. By providing your payment information, you confirm it is accurate and authorized for use.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed in 5–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there is a shipping error or manufacturing defect.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, your item must be:

In its original condition (unused, with tags, and packaging)
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returned within 30 days of delivery (postmarked or received)

Custom or personalized items, clearance, and gift cards are non-returnable.

We guarantee our craftsmanship. Defective products will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Repairs due to regular wear and tear are available at a minimal charge—please contact us for assistance.
