Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Packages must be postmarked or received within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made a shipping error or if the item is defective.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly send a replacement. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
