Purchase Options, Cancellations & Return Policy
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as production or fulfillment has not begun.
- Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns on non‑custom products within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Custom Orders
- Custom or personalized items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
- If a custom item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will work directly with you to resolve the issue.
- Resolution may include a remake, replacement, partial solution, or another mutually agreed‑upon outcome based on good‑faith communication.
- Our goal is to ensure you receive the custom product you envisioned, and we are committed to fair, transparent negotiation when the issue is on our end.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
- We will review the issue and provide a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
